Laurel Lodging is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of select-service and extended-stay properties. You will own P&L performance, drive the Laurel Operating Standard across your assets, manage brand-mandated PIP execution, and build a high-performing on-site team. This role reports directly to the COO and requires periodic travel between our U.S. and U.K. operating markets.

Laurel Lodging's Capital Markets Technology team builds and maintains the internal systems that power our investor portal, USALI reporting, and property operations tooling. As a Software Developer, you will work across our Next.js/TypeScript investor platform and our property-management integrations, shipping features that GPs and LPs rely on for real-time portfolio visibility.
